Taylor County Grand Jury returns indictments Tue 7 AUG 2018

Indictments brought against 20 individuals from Campbellsville, Elkhorn, Loretto, and Liberty, KY on charges including theft, robbery, DUI, wanton endangerment, possession, burglary, and leaving the scene of an accident.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Taylor County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Campbellsville, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 7 August 2018:


  • John I. Hall Indictment No. 18-CR-00177. Charged with 8 counts. Counts 1-2 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition, firearm. Count 3 - TBUT/Disposition contents from vehicle, $500 or more but under $10,000. Counts 4-5 - TBUT or disposition contents from vehicle under $500. Count 6 - Carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Counts 7-8 - Criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • John I. Hall Indictment No. 18-CR-00178. Charged with 20 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 1st degree. Counts 2-10 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition, firearm. Counts 11-14 - TBUT or disposition, contents from vehicle under $500. Count 15 - Criminal mischief, 1st degree. Counts 16-20 - Criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Bond set at $20,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • Tony W. Mitchell, Anna Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00179. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Bond set at $2,500/10%.

  • Tony W. Mitchell, Anna Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00180. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Convicted felon in possession of a handgun. Bond set at $2,500/10%.

  • Eric Smith, Kinfley Rd., Elkhorn, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00181. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Count 3 - Receiving stolen property, under $10,000. Count 4 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $20,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Wendy M. Clarkson, Smith Chapel Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00182. Charged with 7 counts. Count 1 - Assault, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, drug unspecified. Count 3 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 4 - Resisting arrest. Count 5 - Escape, 3rd degree. Count 6 - Disorderly conduct, 2nd degree. Count 7 - Alcohol intoxication in a public place, 1st and 2nd offense. Bond set at $15,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Nathaniel Sanders, Spurlington Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00183. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Convicted felon in possession of a firearm. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $2,500/10%.

  • Lindsey N. Warren, KY 1859, Liberty, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00184. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition, shoplifting $500 or more but under $10,000. Bond set at $2,500/10%, no contact with victim.

  • William K. Graham, S. Columbia Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00185. Charged with 13 counts. Counts 1-3 - Robbery, 1st degree. Count 4 - Leaving scene of accident/failure to render aid or assistance. Count 5 - Failure to register transfer of motor vehicle. Count 6 - Operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs .08 1st offense. Count 7 - Failure to wear seat belts. Count 8 - No/expired Kentucky registration receipt. Count 9 - No/expired Kentucky registration plates. Count 10 - Improper registration plate. Count 11 - Improper display of registration plates. Count 12 - Failure to produce insurance card. Count 13 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $30,000 cash, no contact with victims.

  • Leonard Macon, Parkwood Dr., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00186. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Receiving stolen property, firearm. Count 2 - License to be in possession. Count 3 - Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/securities, 1st offense.

  • James M. Daniels, Bear Track Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00187. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking all others $500 or more but under $10,000. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • Joshua D. Barbour, Elm St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00188. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Possession controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, cocaine. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 3 - Possession of marijuana. Bond set at $5,000 unsecured.

  • Chadwick A. Hagan, N. Loretto Rd., Loretto, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00189. Charged with 13 counts. Counts 1-3 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree police officer. Count 4 - Fleeing or evading police, 1st degree (motor vehicle). Count 5 - Criminal mischief, 2nd degree. Count 6 - Leaving scene of accident/failure to render aid or assistance. Count 7 - Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, 1st offense. Count 8 - Operating motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc., .08 1st offense. Count 9 - Reckless driving. Counts 10-11 - Disregarding traffic control device, traffic light. Count 12 - No/expired registration plates. Count 13 - Improper passing. Bond set at $50,000 cash, no alcohol, no drugs.

  • Jason M. Bohr, Filray Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00190. Charged with 8 counts. Count 1 - Tampering with physical evidence. Count 2 - Promoting contraband, 1st degree. Count 3 - Operating motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc. .08 aggravating circumstance, 2nd offense. Count 4 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 5 - Possession of marijuana. Count 6 - Possession open alcohol beverage container in motor vehicle prohibited. Count 7 - Speeding 22mph over limit. Count 8 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $500 full cash, no drugs, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Chad K. Hayes, Rebel Run Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00191-001. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Possession controlled substance, 1st degree, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Tampering with physical evidence. Count 3 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 4 - Failure to wear seat belts. Bond set at $25,000 cash, mcr@pts.

Count 3 - Leaving scene of accident/failure to render aid or assistance. Count 4 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $30,000 cash, no contact with victim.

  • Christopher C. Simpson, Howard St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00193. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Bond set at $7,500/10%.

  • Cedrick Hall, Mays Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00194. Charged with 6 counts. Count 1 - Operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. .08 aggravating circumstance, 4th+ offense. Count 2 - Driving DUI suspended license, 1st offense, aggravating circumstance. Count 3 - Resisting arrest. Count 4 - Menacing. Count 5 - No/expired registration plates. Count 6 - No/expired Kentucky registration receipt. Bond set at $2,000 full cash, no driving, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • Brandon K. Cox, Lamanda Ln., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00195. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Resisting arrest. Count 3 - Fleeing or evading police, 2nd degree, on foot. Count 4 - Criminal trespassing, 3rd degree. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Abbie D. Anderson, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00196. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Fraudulent use of credit card over $500 and under $10,000. Bond set at $1,500 cash, no contact with victim.

  • Abbie Anderson, High Pine, Cambpellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00197-001. Charged with 5 counts. Counts 1-5 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 2nd degree. Bond set at $2,000 cash, no contact with victim.

  • Kimberly A. Brim, Wooleyville Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00197-002. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 2nd degree. Bond set at $2,000 cash, no contact with victim.
