Travis Cape, 81, of Columbia, KY, died Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at 8:35amCT at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 9, 2018 at 1pmCT at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY with Bro. Rick Shelton officiating. Burial will be in Burchett Cemetery at Cundiff. Visitation will be after 10amCT until time for the service to begin.



Travis Cape, 81, Adair County, KY (1936-2018)

He was born August 12, 1936, in Adair County, KY. He was the son of the late George & Edith Shearer Cape. He died Tuesday, August 7, 2018, in Bowling Green, KY, at the age of 81 years, 11 months, and 26 days.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers - Curtis and George Cape, Jr.

Survivors include
  • Three children - Danny Cape, Adrian Cape and Melissa Yazzie

  • One step-daughter - Samantha Hatfield of Cundiff

  • One sister - Jeanette Hadley of Columbia

  • Several grandchildren, other relatives and friends
