Nick Hale Public Information Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY CLINTON COUNTY, KY - (Mon 6 Aug 2018) - On August 3rd 2018 at approximately 10:37pmCT, Trooper Jordan Carter assisted the Clinton County Sheriff's Department to execute a search warrant at a residence located four miles west of Albany on Martha Stockton Road. As a result of searching the residence, Trooper Carter located several smoke pipes with suspected marijuana and methamphetamine residue in them. LaDonna Kempton, age 49 of Albany, was arrested and charged with Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine,) and possession of drug paraphernalia.Kempton was lodged in the Clinton County Jail, Albany, KY.
