She was a member of a respected Russell County, KY family, the daughter of the late Jerry Dean Burton & Phyllis Luttrell Burton. She leaves three direct living descendants.

Jarita Burton Cain, 45, Russell Springs, KY, passed away, Thursday August 02, 2018 at The Medical Center, Bowling Green, KY.

Funeral services will be at 2pmCT, Sunday August 05, 2018, at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY with Bro. Mark Hale & Bro. Bobby Dunbar officiating. Interment will be in the Bethlehem Cemetery,3979 W Hwy 80, Russell Springs, KY. Visitation will be 5pm-9pmCT Saturday August 04, 2018 at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel.



Pallbearers: Kevin Stephens, Jeremy Burton, Brian Stephens, Adam Black, Matt Weddle Aiden Burton, and Chris Luttrell.

She was born on Saturday October 28, 1972 in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Jerry Dean Burton & Phyllis Luttrell Burton. She died Thursday August 2, 2018, in Bowling Green, Warren County, KY, at the age of 45 years, nine months, and six days.

She is survived by:
  • One son - Jamison Cooper, Russell Springs, KY

  • Two sisters - Melinda, wife of Paul Milby, Jamestown, KY; and Deanna, wife of Larry Holt

  • Two brothers - Jacky, husband of Wendy Burton, Jamestown, KY; and Timmy Burton, Russell Springs, KY

  • Two grandsons - Jayce Bradley Copper and Raylon Mitchell Cooper

  • And a host of nieces, nephews, and friends
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one brother, Ricky Lee Burton.

She was of the Baptist faith, a homemaker, and registered nurse.

Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY, is in charge of arrangements.

Expresions of sympathy are suggested to take the form of a contribution to help with funeral expenses and may be left at the funeral home.
