Election Nov 2018- Troy H. Grider files for School Board, Div 5 Thus far, Grider is only candidate to file a school board seat. Three vacancies exist. By Ed Waggener County Clerk Lisa Greer announced today, that Troy H. Grider filed this morning, Thursday, July 26, 2018, for the unexpired term of Mike Harris, who resigned when he moved out of the District in Adair County School School Board Division 5 - Ozark, West Columbia, East Columbia precincts. Thus far, Troy H. Grider, is the only candidate to file for school board. Openings this year are in Division 1, now held by Terry Harvey; Division 3, now held by Lisa Burton, both for full terms, and for the unexpired term in Division 5.
