Green County man arrested on indictment charges Trafficking in controlled substance alleged in indictment. Note: An arrest is not a finding of guilt. Nick Hale, Public Information Officer KSP Post 15, Columbia, KY GREENSBURG, KY (Wed 25 Jul 2018) - Following an investigation by Trooper Clint Bale, the Green County Grand Jury returned an indictment on Larry Bloyd, age 69, of Greensburg, KY, for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, (opiates). Trooper Bale arrested Mr. Bloyd on East Columbia Avenue in Greensburg, KY on July 22, 2018 at approximately 9:38amCT. Mr. Bloyd was lodged in the Taylor County Detention Center, Campbellsville, KY..
