Reminder through August 9, 2018 in CM Classifieds "Landon's birthday is August 9th. He will be 6 years old! Landon has a rare genetic syndrome called smith magenis syndrome and also autism. Landon loves checking the mail and is always praying he receives mail! I'm wanting to make his 6th year on this earth special as he is always having extremely hard times and I love the joy on his face when he receives something in the mail. We would greatly appreciate it if people could send him birthday cards in the mail now if you know L...andon, you know his birthday is a big deal to him he thinks he has 6 a year.
