CPD charges Columbia man, 46, with video voyeurism Columbia Police say that their investigation indicated that male suspect used cellphone held over a restroom stall to film five other males. Suspect arrested on five felony counts of Video Voyeurism and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail. The case is being investigated by CPD Officer Charles Roy and Sgt. Gary Roy. By Ofc Josh Brockman, Public Information Officer Columbia Police Department; Chief Jason Cross On Saturday, July 21, 2018, Columbia Police received a call requesting an officer to respond to Walmart shopping center. Upon arrival it was learned that a male had allegedly filmed another male in the bathroom by use of a cellphone. After investigation it was found that the man had illegally filmed at least five males in the restroom by holding a camera over the stall. Columbia Police arrested 46-year-old Billy Huddleston on five felony counts of Video Voyeurism. Huddleston was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail, Columbia, KY.
