Green County Grand Jury returns indictments Wed 11 Jul 2018
Indictments brought against 21 individuals from Greensburg and Campbellsville, KY, on charges including possession, trafficking, burglary, DUI, and failure to comply with sex offender registatration.
NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.
The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Wednesday, 11 July 2018:
- Trena S. Demasi, Lowell Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00034-001. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Count 3 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 4 - Controlled substance, prescription, not in original container, 1st offense. Bond set at $5,000 full cash.
- Steven M. Wilson, Highland Dr., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00034-002. Charged with 6 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Count 3 - Possession of burglary tools. Count 4 - Possession of marijuana. Count 5 - Controlled substance prescription not in original container, 1st offense. Count 6 - Operating on suspended or revoked operator license. Bond set at $5,000 full cash.
- Jacky F. Underwood, Hillwood Terrace, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00035-001. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Bond set at $1,200 cash.
