Injury Collision occurs Sun 15 Jul 2018 on Burkesville RD REPORT 2 - Busy weekend for Adair County Sheriff's Department, Sat-Sun 14-15 Jul 2018 2005 Chevy vs. 1995 Ford. Driver of Chevy, from Magnolia, arrested after being treated and released at TJ Health/Columbia, faces charges including DUI. ACSO Deputy Joey Keith was assisted on the scene by the Breeding Fire Departmentt, Adair County EMS, and SGT Jamie Richard with the Kentucky State Police. Note - A charge is merely an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a subsequent court of law. Click on headline for complete story From Adair County Sheriff's Office Harrison Moss, Sheriff Adair County Sheriff Harrison Moss reports that on July 15, 2018 at approximately 4:20pmCT, Adair County Deputy Joey Keith responded to a two-vehicle injury accident on Burkesville Road. Deputy Keith's preliminary investigation determined that 57-year-old Norman Warren of Magnolia was operating a 2005 Chevy driving North on Burkesville Road when he crossed the yellow line and struck a 1995 Ford, operated by 53 year old Dan Lawhorn of Breeding, in the side. Norman Warren was transported by Adair County EMS to TJ Heath in Columbia where he was treated and released. He was then arrested by Deputy Keith for driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputy Keith was assisted on the scene by the Breeding Fire Departmentt, Adair County EMS, and SGT Jamie Richard with the Kentucky State Police. This story was posted on 2018-07-16 03:25:20
