ACSO arrests two at construction site - Sat 14 Jul 2018

REPORT 1: Busy weekend for Adair County Sheriff's Department, Sat-Sun 14-15 Jul 2018
Allegations against passenger involve drugs; driver faces driving violation charges. Deputy Josh Durbin of the Adair County Sheriff's Office was assisted on the scene by Columbia Police Officers Jamie Cole and Drew Conn.

A charge is merely an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a subsequent court of law.

Harrison Moss, Sheriff

Adair County Sheriff Harrison Moss reports that on July 14, 2018 at approximately 11:39pmCT, Adair County Deputy Josh Durbin Conducted a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle that was observed leaving a Construction Site on South 55.



After a roadside investigation, Deputy Durbin placed a passenger in the vehicle, 26 year old Iesha Jones of Columbia under arrest for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The Driver, 35 Year old Nicholas Murry, was cited and released for Driving on suspended license and Rear License not Illuminated.

Deputy Durbin was assisted on the scene by Officer Jamie Cole and Officer Drew Conn with Columbia Police.
