He was a farmer and a mechanic. He was a member of a large, respected Green County, KY, family. He was the son of the late Lewis Arnett and Goldie Mae Nelson Arnett, and the widower of Mary Ruth Bright Arnett, his wife of almost 63 years. He leaves 14 direct living descendants. His final resting place will be in Grab, Green County, KY.
