Albany, KY, man, 29, arrested, DUI alleged, following accident Driver, 2 passengers transported to Clinton County Hospital, treated and released. Driver arrested and faces numerous allegations. Nick Hale, Public Information Officer KSP Post 15, Columbia, KY CLINTON COUNTY, KY - (Mon 9 Jul 2018) - Trooper Jason Warriner is investigating a collision that occurred on July 8, 2018 at approximately 12:30pmCT, on U.S. 127 in the limits of Albany. Daniel Duvall, age 29, of Albany was travelling southbound on U.S. 127 when he failed to negotiate a curve, left the roadway and struck a building. Mr. Duvall and two juvenile passengers were not belted and were transported to the Clinton County Hospital where they were treated and released for minor injuries. Mr. Duval was arrested and charged with the following: Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alc/drugs/etc .08 (Agg Circum) 1st offense, operating on suspended or revoked license, Failure to wear seatbelts, failure to use child restraint device in vehicle, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/ 2nd, wanton endangerment- 2nd degree and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.Trooper Warriner was assisted on the scene by Clinton County EMS and Albany Police Department.
