Taylor County Grand Jury returns indictments Tue 19 Jun 2018

Indictments brought against 18 individuals from Lexington, Columbia, Lebanon, Magnolia, Greensburg, and Campbellsville, KY, and Amelia, OH, on charges including trafficking, possession, theft, sodomy, and tampering with physical evidence.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Taylor County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Campbellsville, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 19 June 2018:


  • Michael J. Clark, W. Loudon Ave., Lexington, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00136. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, <2g meth. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 3 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Kimberly M. Johnson, Handley Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00137. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Promoting contraband, 1st degree. Bond set at $5,000 unsecure.

  • Joshua Watts, Davis St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00138. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Possession controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, drug unspecified. Count 2 - Tampering with physical evidence. Count 3 - Fleeing or evading police, 2nd degree, on foot. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • James Mull, W. Shore Dr., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00139. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Possession controlled substance, 1st degree, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Possession controlled substance, 3rd degree, drug unspecified. Count 3 - Controlled substance, prescription, no in original container, 1st offense. Bond set at $250 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Derek Harmon, Hodgenville Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00140. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Fraudulent use of credit card over $500 and under $10,000. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $3,000 cash, no contact with victim.

  • Mykah L. Wyatt, Patterson Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00141. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking over $500 or more but under $10,000. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Malik L. Johnson, Handley Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00142. Charged with 6 counts. Count 1 - Possession controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, drug unspecified. Count 2 - Possession controlled substance, 3rd degree. Count 3 - No operators/moped license. Count 4 - Failure to wear seat belts. Count 5 - No/expired Kentucky registration receipt. Count 6 - No/expired registration plates. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Chaz A. Shofner, Paul St., Columbia, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00143. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Sodomy, 1st degree, victim <12 years of age. Bond set at $50,000 cash, no contact with victim.

  • Bryson Sleet, Hardin Pl., Lebanon, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00144. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Possession controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, cocaine. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no violation of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Toni Fackler, N. Jackson Hwy., Magnolia, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00145. Charged with 6 counts. Count 1 - Possession controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Tampering with physical evidence. Count 3 - Possessino of drug paraphernalia. Count 4 - TBUT or disposition all others, under $500. Count 5 - Criminal trespassing, 3rd degree. Count 6 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $2,000 cash, no contact with victim/premises, no alcohol, no illegal drugs.

  • Gary D. Harris, E. Meadowcreek Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00146. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, heroin. Count 2 - Possession of synthetic drugs. Count 3 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 4 - Public intoxication, controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Bond set at $500 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Freddie Moore, State Rte. 125, Amelia, OH Indictment No. 18-CR-00147. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Receiving stolen property, $10,000 or more. Count 2 - Operating on suspended/revoked operators license. Bond set at $10,000 cash, no contact with victim.

  • Robert E. Fisher, Mock Ave., Lebanon, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00148. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, <2g meth. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Christy L. Ratliff, Sportsman Lake Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00149. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, <2g methamphetamine. Bond set at $15,000 cash.

  • Christy L. Ratliff, Sportsman Lake Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00150. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, <2g methamphetamine. Count 2 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 3rd degree, 1st offense, 20-120DU drug. Bond set at $17,000 cash.

  • John L. Wilson, W. Columbia Ave., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00151. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, 2g+ methamphetamine. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Josh R. Hall, Hiestand Farm Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00152. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, 2g+ methamphetamine. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $23,000 cash.

  • Cassidy E. Miller, Smith Ridge Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00153. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, 2g+ methamphetamine.

  • Abbie Anderson, Ashley Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00154. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Theft of identity of another w/o consent. Counts 2-4 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 2nd degree. Bond set at $1,800 cash.
