Adair Co. Fiscal Court Awards Road Department Materials Contracts- June 12 2018

Bids for materials for the Adair County Road Department were awarded to the low bidders at the June 12, 2018 regular session, vendors selected for the Fiscal Year starting July 1, 2018 are:
    Marathon Petroleum/per Michael J. Malec, territory manager, 8600 Cane Run Road, Louisville, KY, asphalt products.
  • Gaddie-Shamrock/per Roy Beard, President, 5045 Hwy 55 South Road, Columbia, KY, was awarded contracts for 1) Hot Mix Hauled and Laid in Adair County. 2) Chip n Seal for both single and double seals.
  • Burton Stone & Paving/per William Burton, CEO, Fairplay Road, Columbia, KY - Crushed Stone
  • Mid-Stete State Ready Mix/per Mike Mitchum 50 Kassem Road, Columbia, KY, concrete.
The vote was unanimous, with all Magistrates, Harold Burton (1), Daryl Flatt (2), Sammy Baker (3), Perry Reeder (4), Billy Dean Coffey (5), Greg Caldwell (6), and Terry Hadley (7) and CJE Michael Lee Stephens affirming.
