Donna Maness Briscoe, 64, Green County, KY (1954-2018)

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a retired retail management worker.She was a native of Baton Rouge, LA, and a resident of Greensburg, KY, at the time of her death in Louisville, KY. She was the daughter of the late James Maness & Dorothy Maness. Her husband of 13 years, Terry Michael Briscoe survives. She leaves 28 direct and four step- living descendants.

Mrs. Donna Maness Briscoe of Greensburg, KY, formerly of Baton Rouge, LA, departed this life on June 5, 2018 at the Norton Hosparus Care Center in Louisville, KY.

Per the family's wishes, cremation was chosen. There will be a Celebration of Life Service held at a later date.

Mrs. Donna Maness Briscoe was the daughter of the late James Maness & Dorothy Maness. She was was born on April 18, 1954 in Baton Rouge, East Baton Parish, and departed this life on June 5, 2018 in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY. She was 64 years, two months, and on day of age.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a retired retail management worker.

She is survived by her husband: Terry Michael Briscoe of Green County having united in marriage on December 30, 2003.

Other survivors include:
  • Two daughters and a son-in-law: Mandy and Ian Woodruff of Greensburg, KY; and Karen Kleppinger of Mississippi

  • Two sons: Clay Blount of Louisiana and Dusty Blount of Georgia

  • One step-daughter: Christie Briscoe of Louisville, KY

  • Three step-sons: Terry Michael Briscoe, Jr., Michael Paul Briscoe and Cody Collins Briscoe, all of Louisville, KY; and Devin Lee Briscoe of Louisiana

  • One brother: David Maness of Louisiana

  • A father-in-law: Herschel Lee Briscoe of Indiana

  • Fourteen grandchildren

  • Ten great grandchildren

  • and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends
She was also preceded in death by a son: Karl Dale Kleppinger.
