Jason had previously been employed at Kroger for sixteen years, helping to open new stores and doing special events. He was an airbrush expert; was the founder and administrator of the Facebook Group, Big Blue Marble, (a UK fan base with over 4000 members) and was an avid KY fan. He had professed faith in Christ. He was the son of Jerry Lee Parker & Joretta Mings Parker, who survive.

Jason Lee Parker, 44, of Campbellsville, KY died at 6:18pmET, Sunday, June 3, 2018 in Louisville, KY

The funeral service will be at 1pmCT/2pmET, Thursday, June 7, 2018 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY, by Rev. David Johnson and Robert Robertson. Burial will be in Brookside Cemetery, 200 Block W Main Street, Campbellsville, KY. Visitation will be 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home.

Jason Lee Parker was the son of Jerry Lee Parker & Joretta Mings Parker. He was born February 19, 1974, in Green County, KY. He died Sunday, June 3, 2018 in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY at the age of 44 years, three months, and 15 days.

He had professed his faith in Christ.

Jason had previously been employed at Kroger for sixteen years, helping to open new stores and doing special events. He was an airbrush expert; was the founder and administrator of the Facebook Group, Big Blue Marble, (a UK fan base with over 4000 members) and was an avid KY fan.

He is survived by:
  • His parents: Jerry and Joretta Parker of Campbellsville, KY

  • One brother and sister-in-law: Jeremy and Natalie Parker of Campbellsville, KY

  • One niece and one nephew: Charli Parker and Jodie Parker of Campbellsville, KY

  • Many special friends, aunts, uncles and cousins
