Click on headline for complete story By Rick Wilson, Paz Holley Chair The partners with Joy Ministries Paz Holley Project are excited to announce we received a very generous donation from Mr. Alan Parnell (Mr. P) that has placed us just under the half way mark of our goal of $108,000. The total is $53,887 as of June 4, 2018. We are very pleased and thankful with the response from people in Columbia and Adair County plus several donations from other counties and states. Mr. P challenges people that have not yet donated to lend your support to this worthy cause. When you give, you are investing in a brighter future for these ten children. You are also giving hope to a family as we plan to purchase an unoccupied house owned by Adanta. It is the perfect size with 9 bedrooms and 5 baths. Our goal is to secure the $108,000 by fall so this family can move in by Christmas. Please send your donations to Joy Ministries, P. O. Box 114, Columbia, KY 42728. Please write "Paz Holley Project" in the memo section of your tax deductible check. Thank you, /s/ Rick Wilson Paz Holley Chair 270-378-1490 This story was posted on 2018-06-05 13:27:48
