Lincoln Co, KYTC maintenance facility sustains fire damage Facility temporarily Closed. Cause of fire is under investigation. Business operations expected to resume by end of week. By Naitore Djigbenou, KYTC STANFORD, KY. (Tue 5 Jun 2018) - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet's Department of Highways maintenance facility is closed today due to a fire. The facility, located on U.S. 27 North in Stanford, KY, is expected to reopen by the end of the week. To report any maintenance related issues, please contact the Department of Highways Lincoln County section office at 606-365-2176. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
