Clinton County escapee located and arrested

Paducah, KY inmate at Clinton County Jail faces multiple new charges after alleged escape

CLINTON COUNTY, KY - (Mon 4 Jun 2018)- On June 3, 2018 at approximately 11:40pmCT Post 15 was notified that a Clinton County inmate, Ryan Tweedy, age 32 of Paducah, KY had escaped from the Clinton County Jail.

Trooper Allen Shirley and Trooper Adam Likins located the subject approximately one hour later laying in an abandoned truck on U.S. 127.



\ Tweedy was charged with Escape 2nd degree, Fleeing or evading Police 1st degree on foot, menacing, resisting arrest, receiving stolen property U$500, disorderly conduct 2nd degree, criminal trespassing 2nd degree and public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol.)

Tweedy was lodged in the Clinton County Jail, Albany, KY.
