Epicurean Kentuckian: Shannon Sexton updates on Black Stallion Shannon Sexton writes: I spoke with Judge Stephens this afternoon in regards to the Black Stallion opening. Furniture and fixtures are going in place soon. The restaurant owners hope to open in a couple weeks as long as the finishing touches stay on schedule. The sister restaurant by the same name in Monticello does have a salad bar and it's excellent.
