Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 27, 2018 at 2pmCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY. Clergy officiating will be Bro. Elbert Hadley. Interment will be in the Hardin Hadley Cemetery at Bakerton, KY. The family requests visiting after 3pmCT Saturday at the funeral home. She died Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 7:40pmCT at TJ Samson Hospital in Glasgow, Barren County, KY, at the age of 97 years, 11 months, and 21 days. She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Murrell Bledsoe on November 12, 1987. She was also preceded in death by these siblings Wendell Turner, Margie Ford, Zella Burris, Neva Hale, Hettie Wheet, two sons-in-law, Creed Lacy and Bob Turner, and by her "adopted son" Lonnie McWhorter.
