Mark Thomas Skaggs, 60, beloved father, grandfather and son, passed away on Tuesday, May 15, 2018. Celebration of Life will be held at the home of Mark & Cheniel Skaggs in Jamestown, KY, on Sunday, May 20, 2018 from 11amCT until 4pmCT.

He was the son of Ham & Eva Skaggs, who survive. He was born Wednesday, March 5, 2018. He died Tuesday, May 15, 2018, in Jamestown, Russell County, KY, at the age of 60 years, two months, and 10 days. Survivors include:
  • His wife: Cheniel Skaggs

  • His parents: Ham & Eva Skaggs

  • His son: Robert (Tisha) Walters

  • Two daughters: Stephanie (Shayne) Wooldridge, and Angela (Aaron) Boortz

  • Seven grandchildren: Taylor Boortz, Lily Boortz, Autumn Wooldridge, Jamison Wooldridge, Autumn Heath, Chaselynn Brower, and Blake Walters
