His final resting place will be in Ladies Chapel Cemetery, KY 88, Green County, KY.

Mr. Tony Wade Meadows, age 58, of Greensburg, KY, passed away Saturday, May 12, 2018, at Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, KY.

The funeral services for Mr. Tony Wade Meadows will be conducted at 11amCT, Wednesday, May 16, 2018, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY, with burial to follow in the Ladies Chapel Cemetery, KY 88, Greensburg, KY. Visitation is requested 3pm-8pmCT, Tuesday, May 15, 2018, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7amCT, Wednesday until time of the funeral service.



Pallbearers will be Lynuell Houk, Morris Dobson, Robert Thompson, Mickey Judd, Mark Wright and Marco Mitchell. Honorary Pallbearers will be Kenny Brown, Stanley Brown, David Judd, Ethan Meadows, and Jack Compton.

He was born June 11, 1959. He died Saturday, May 12, 2018, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 58 years, 11 months, and one day.

He is survived by:
  • His wife: Dixie Sharon Pickett Meadows of Greensburg, KY

  • One daughter: Maranda Meadows of Columbia,

  • One son and a daughter-in-law: Luke & Debbie Meadows of Columbia, KY

  • His mother: Ann Laverne Judd Meadows of Greensburg, KY

  • Two brothers and a sister-in-law: Dale Meadows and Tim & Kim Meadows, all of Greensburg, KY

  • A nephew: Ethan Meadows of Greensburg, KY

  • Two step-grandchildren: Lane Burkhardt and Cody & Sierra Burkhardt all of Columbia, KY

  • One step great grandchild: Jax Burkhardt

  • A special cousin: DeeDee Miller of Greensburg, KY
