BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Mid-South Conference Baseball Tournament game between Lindsey Wilson and Cumberland (TN) was suspended due to torrential rain at Bowling Green Ballpark early Saturday morning.



The Blue Raiders currently trail the Phoenix by a 6-5 margin in the bottom of the seventh inning of an elimination game. Cumberland was at the plate with runners on the corners and one out in the inning when the downpours began around 1amCT, the second weather delay of the day at the tournament.

The matchup is scheduled to resume play on Saturday at 11 a.m. CT. Conference rules dictate that the contest must be completed in full.
