Leon Franklin, 85, Russell County, KY (1932-2018) He was the patriarch of a large, respected Russell County, KY family. He was the son of the late Lora Brumley Franklin and Dewey Franklin. He was a native of Jamestown, KY, a resident at the time of his death, and his final resting place will be in the city of his birth. He leaves 57 direct living descendants.
