Charles Douglas Whitley, 40, Taylor Co., KY (1977-2018) Mr. Whitley had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Christian faith. He had a big heart and loved helping his friends and family. He was the son of Terresa Malone. He leaves four direct living descendants, three siblings, and a large extended family to carry on his legacy.
