James Everett Booher, 95, passed away on Saturday April 7, 2018 at Hillcreek Rehabilitation and Care Center in Louisville, KY.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at 11amCT at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N Main St, Burkesville, KY with burial to follow in the Booher Cemetery, in Cumberland County, KY. Visitation will be on Monday, April 09, 2018 from 4pm-8pmCT at the funeral home..



James Everett Booher, 95, Cumberland County, KY native

James Everett Booher, was the son of the late James Virgil and Della Mae Booher. He was born April 16, 2018, in Cumberland County, KY. He died Saturday April 7, 2018 in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 95 years, 11 months, and 22 days.

He was an Army veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents James Virgil and Della Mae Booher, his siblings Pete Booher, Hazel Smith, Dora Johnson and Willie Lee Booher.

Survivors include
  • His siblings: Joe Tom Booher of Burkesville, KY, Catherine Booher of Burkesville, KY, Sally Brierly of Arkansas.

  • A niece: Brenda Teal of Burkesville, KY.
