She leaves In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Carl Sneed; a son, Carlos Ray Sneed; and her brother, Jimmy Reliford. She leaves six direct living descendants.

Charlene Sneed, 68, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 10:50pmET at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.

Graveside services will be held Sunday, April 8, 2018 at 1pmCT at Jones Chapel Cemetery with Rev. Elbert Hadley officiating. Burial to follow. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

She was born July 3, 1949, in Adair County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Stanley and Stella Loy Reliford. She died Thursday, April 5, 2018, in Lexington, Fayette County, KY, at the age of 68 years, nine months, and two days.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Carl Sneed; a son, Carlos Ray Sneed; and her brother, Jimmy Reliford.

Survivors include:
  • One son: Randall Sneed and his wife, Amanda, of Columbia, KY

  • One daughter: Jennifer Rowell of Columbia

  • Four grandchildren: Andrew and Natalie Sneed, Jamie and Kathy Rowell
