Springfield Sun: Sale of St. Catharine College hits bump

SUMMARY: "The sale of St. Catharine College near Springfield has hit a bump in the road. According to documents filed in federal court, the sale date has been extended because the purchaser was unable to fund the sale. A new closing date has been set for June 4, along with payments being added to the purchase price, including a non-refundable $470,000 payment."
