Hydroplaning a factor in 1-vehicle Adair Co. injury accident

Driver, treated at the scene, taken to TJ/C after his NB 2010 Lexus hyroplaned, hit guardrail on Campbellsville Road at KY 682. ACS0 assisted by Columbia Police Department. Adair and Taylor EMS both at the scene.

Report from Adair County Sheriff's Office

On Sunday night approximately 9:35pmCT, Sheriff Harrison Moss reports, that the Adair County Sheriff's office responded to a single vehicle injury accident,on Campbellsville Road near the intersection with KY 682.



The accident occurred when 23 year old Christopher Fletcher of Montgomery, AL was traveling North on Campbellsville Road. Fletcher stated he was north bound when his 2010 Lexus hydroplaned and struck a guardrail. Fletcher was treated on the scene by Adair County EMS, with assistance from Taylor County EMS.

He was then transported to T.J. Health of Columbia for possible injuries.

Deputy Brandon Hitch is the investigating officer, Assisted by Columbia Police Department and Constable Jason Rector.
