Poll workers needed for the May 22, 2018 Primary Election By Victoria Pike Democrat volunteer poll workers are needed for the upcoming Adair County election May 22, 2018. We need folks willing to work the polls or as alternates to fill in if someone has an emergency that day. Training class is May 10, 2018 at 5pmCT in the basement of the Courthouse Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY. Pay is $100 for the day and $15 for training class. Please contact me or other member of the board of elections if you would like to participate. I think we have enough Republican volunteers, but if you would like to volunteer for either party, please call me at 270-634-2604. Thank you to all our great volunteers who help us each election with their valuable time.
