Taylor County Grand Jury returns indictments Tue 27 Mar 2018

Indictments brought against 27 individuals from Campbellsville, Greensburg, Liberty, Hopkinsville, Raywick, and Willisburg, KY and White House, TN, on charges including assault, theft, burglary, possession, DUI, trafficking, cultivation of marijuana, tampering physical evidence, wanton endangerment, and distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Taylor County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Campbellsville, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 27 March 2018:


  • Richard T. Fedewa, S. Columbia Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00052. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Assault, 1st degree. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no further violations of the law, no use or possession of a firearm.

  • Joshua R. Hall, 105 Hiestand Farm Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00053. Charged with 8 counts. Count 1 - Possession controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, meth. Count 2 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, cocaine. Count 3 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, heroin. Count 4 - Tampering with physical evidence. Count 5 - Promoting contraband, 1st degree. Count 6 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition, auto, over $500 or more but under $10,000. Count 7 - Possession of marijuana. Count 8 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Denise Lamer, Douglas St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00054-001. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 2nd degree. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no further violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Tomas Cruz, Sycamore Loop, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00054-002. Charged with 2 counts. Counts 1-2 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 2nd degree. Bond set at $2,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Matthew W. Taylor, Thunder Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00055. Charged with 5 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 3 - Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, 1st offense. Count 4 - No registration plates. Count 5 - No registration receipt. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Vicki Jo Middleton, Creston Watertower Rd., Liberty, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00056. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 2 - TBUT or disposition all others under $500. Count 3 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no contact with complaining witness, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Vicki Middleton, Ashley Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00057. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting $500 or more but under $10,000. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $500 full cash, no further violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Lori Clarkson, S. O'Neal, Hopkinsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00058. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting $500 or more but under $10,000. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $2,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Cassie Isham, Hwy 555, Willisburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00059. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, heroin. Count 2 - Tampering with physical evidence. Count 3 - TBUT or disposition controlled substance under $10,000. Count 4 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $2,500 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Tracy Yocum, Davis St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00060. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $10,000 full cash.

  • Nicholas T. Handy, Boca Noir Circle, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00061. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Receiving stolen property under $10,000. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $500 full cash, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Rickey D. Spaw, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00062. Charged with 7 counts. Count 1 - Assault, 3rd degree, police/probation officer. Count 2 - Fleeing or evading police, 2nd degree, on foot. Count 3 - Resisting arrest. Count 4 - Possession of marijuana. Counts 5-6 - Criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Count 7 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • William Tillett, Crescent Hill Dr., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00063-001. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Marijuana cultivation, 5 or more plants, 1st offense. Count 2 - Trafficking in marijuana, less than 8oz, 1st offense. Count 3 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no further violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Scott K. Richardson, Cardinal Dr., White House, TN Indictment No. 18-CR-00064. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition, auto, over $500 or more but under $10,000.   • Christopher Phyfe, Cainwood Dr., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00065. Charged with 40 counts. Counts 1-20 - Possess/view matter portray sexual performance by a minor. Counts 21-40 - Distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, 1st offense. Bond set at $100,000 full cash, no use of computer, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Steven McBride, Jr., Wailing Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00066. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Possession controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Possession controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, heroin. Count 3 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond set at $2,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Wesley A. Harden, Millerfield Dr., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00067. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, 2g+ methamphetamine. Count 2 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no further violations of the law.

  • Patric S. Gabehart, Cardinal Lane, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00068. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Tampering with physical evidence. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Charles Nicholas Wright, Lincoln Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00069. Charged with 5 counts. Count 1 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Count 2 - Operator motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc., .08 aggravating circumstance, 1st offense. Count 3 - Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, 1st. Count 4 - No/expired Kentucky registration receipt. Count 5 - No/expired registration plate. Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no drinking, no further violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Nathanael Chaney, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00070. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Assault, 4th degree, minor injury. Bond set at $2,000 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Jessica Shofner, E. Hord St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00071. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 2 - TBUT or disposition, all others, under $500.   • William C. Edelen, Cell Mattingly Rd., Raywick, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00074. Charged with 16 counts. Counts 1-8 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Count 9 - Fleeing or evading police, 1st degree, motor vehicle. Count 10 - Resisting arrest. Count 11 - Operate motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc., .08 agg. circumstance, 1st offense. Count 12 - Reckless driving. Count 13 - No/expired registration plates. Count 14 - No/expired Ketnucky registration receipt. Count 15 - Speeding 17mph over limit. Count 16 - Intermediate licensing violation. Bond set at $15,000 full cash, no driving, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.
