Art by Pelston, Gilliam and Shepherd to travel with VSA

By Rachel Bardin
Visual Arts Teacher, Adair County Elementary School

This year, Mrs. Garmon's class at ACES has once again wowed the judges of the annual VSA Traveling Art Exhibit with three entries from three students making the cut!

The VSA Kentucky Student Traveling Art Exhibit, "A Matter of Perspective" is an annual exhibit comprised of original artwork created by students from across Kentucky. This art exhibit is available to schools, museums, businesses, libraries, and hospitals across the Commonwealth each year. Students from around the state compete every year to have their art works chosen to travel with VSA.

We are so proud of Aiden Pelston, Destiny Gilliam, and Will Shepherd for being so dedicated to their work and showing off their amazing artistic talents!
