ACHS Theatre Dept. presents SNOW ANGEL Thu 29 Mar 2018 By Vicki Leibeck-Owsley The Adair County High School Theatre Department will present the play Snow Angel at 6:30pmCT. Thursday night, March 29, 2018, at Lindsey Wilson College's Hodge Center, 402 Helen Flatt Drive, Columbia, KY, with doors open at 6pmCT. Admission is free. The play is a thematic, unconventional work that features 17 teens coping with various struggles and interactions over the course of a snow day away from school. The concept of "snow angel" refers to the impression left upon a patch of snow during a heavy snowfall. In this play, the ACHS cast will extend that idea beyond its literal meaning. We invite you as an audience to come experience this look at identity, vulnerability, self-esteem, and a lot of different ways the world appears through the eyes of a teen. Vicki Leibeck-Owsley the writer, is and English Teacher at Adair County High School and Adair County Middle School Academic Team Coach This story was posted on 2018-03-28 10:04:37
