Anita Rees: Cows on the Run may be in next county by now At our request, Anita Rees wrote this follow-up As I drove up the cows were walking across the road then took off when I got closer. I snapped the pic thru my (dirty) car window and enlarged it. Never found their owner... however, I did find lots of people in this area who don't own them.
