Over 300 cyclists in Columbia over the weekend

Columbia, KY (5 Mar 2018) – The Lindsey Wilson cycling team wrapped up their home road race event over the weekend around the Columbia area.

Over 300 riders from various institutions attended the event.



Saturday consisted of the road race events.

In the men's A race, Josiah Peterson finished in 12th place and Kenneth Hall came in at 14th out of 26 riders. Mark Bischof placed 14th in the B race, Phillip Christmas took seventh in the C race and Jacob Shofner placed 42nd in the D race.

In the criterium events on Sunday, Christmas recorded his second top-10 finish of the weekend after placing 10th in the men’s C race. Bischof recorded the highest Blue Raider finish of the weekend after taking fifth in the men's B criterium, and Hall placed 20th in the men’s A race.
