LW Women's Golf opens spring season at Badger Invitational

COLUMBIA, KY - The No. 19-ranked Lindsey Wilson women's golf team opens the spring portion of its schedule at the Badger Invitational, Crossings Golf Club 7001 Magnolia Grove Parkway, Mobile, AL, with shotgun starts at 8amCT, Mon-Tue, 5-6 Mar 2018.



The invite is being hosted by Spring Hill (AL) and is schedule for 54-holes, 36 being played on Monday and 18 played on Tuesday.

In total there are four NAIA, three Division II and one Division III programs joining Lindsey Wilson. From the NAIA No. 8 William Carey (MS), Mobile (AL), Loyola (LA) and Blue Mountain (MS) will be competing.

The Blue Raiders last competed at the Nob North Roadrunner Invite on October 24, 2017. Lindsey Wilson finished eighth out of 15 teams with a two-round score of 660 (321-339). Shayna Cockrill finished tied for 26 at 18-over par with a two-day total of 162.
