Power's back on, Liberty Road/KY 206 in Adair County By Ed Waggener from reports by Patty Smith Edwards Electricity came back on around 8amCT on LibertyRoad/KY 206, reports a happy crew at Liberty Road General Store and Diner. The two-hour power outage which made for early morning breakfast challenges had reportedly happened as a result of a transformer going out. Hot coffee didn't last long after it went dark, but the morning customers finished breakfast by an emergency entrance light with the help of headlights left on by a customer.
