KSP arrest Hickman City man on murder charge Incident occurred in Fulton County Saturday afternoon; 46-year-old suspect arrested and lodged in Fulton County Jail. Autopsy scheduled in Kentucky Medical Examiner's office on Monday. NOTE Charges/allegations/arrests are not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by law enforcement is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding. By Det. Jody Cash, Public Information Officer Kentucky State Police Post 1, Mayfield, KY HICKMAN CITY, KY (SUN 28 Jan 2018) – The Kentucky State Police are investigating a Saturday afternoon murder in Fulton County. At 8:05pmCT, KSP was notified of a reported shooting on Holley Court in Hickman City, KY. KSP Troopers and Detectives responded and learned a black male had suffered injuries consistent with being shot. David Mackins, age 42, of Hickman City was pronounced dead at the scene by the Fulton County Coroner. Preliminary investigation has led to the overnight arrest of Orlundo Holloway, age 46, of Hickman City. Mr. Holloway was charged with Murder and lodged in the Fulton County Jail. An autopsy of Mr. Mackins is scheduled at the Kentucky Medical Examiner’s Office on Monday, January 29, 2018. The investigation is continuing by Detective Eric Fields. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Kentucky State Police Post 1 at 270-856-3721 or anonymously at 1-800-222-5555.
