Mr. Howard Edelen, 75, of Campbellsville, KY, passed from this life on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY. There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Edelen on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 12noonCT/1pmET in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Road, Campbellsville, KY. Burial will follow in the Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery, 3890 Spurlington Road, Campbellsville, KY. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, January 20, after 9amCT/10amET until time for the service. Howard Edelen, Taylor Co., KY (1942-2018) He was born on April 30, 1942. He was the son of the late Tom & Maude (Murray) Edelen, He died on Thursday, January 18, 2018, in Lexington, Fayette County, KY, at the age of 75 years, 8 months, and 19 days. Mr. Edelen professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. When he wasn't working at the Coca-Cola plant or Batesville Casket factory, he relaxed by tending his garden or listening to music.
