Columbia P&Z will hold hearing on zoning change for library lot

PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 6pmCT, in City Hall, 116 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider the following:
Request for zone change from C1 Central Business District to P (Public) for a lot located at 307 Greensburg Street (PVA Map No. 000-03 03-001.00). Also, a request for zone change from R-2 (Low-Moderate Density Residential) to P (Public) for lots located at 107 Paull Street (PVA Map No. 000-03 03-029.00 and PVA Map No. 000-03 03-001.02). Property owned by the Adair County Public Library. The purpose is to bring the Library’s current property into the proper zone and plans to convert 107 Paull Street into a genealogical research center.
The hearing is open to the public.

Adair County Public Library adding Genealogical Research Center - The City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 6pmCT, in City Hall, 116 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider a zoning change for this property at 107 Paull Street (PVA Map No. 000-03 03-029.00 and PVA Map No. 000-03 03-001.02). Property owned by the Adair County Public Library, and the library itself to P (Public) The purpose is to bring the Library’s current property into the proper zone and plans to convert 107 Paull Street into a genealogical research center.
