Shelby Jean Brown, 81, Jamestown, KY (1936-2018) She was the matriarch of a distinguished Russell County family. She professed her faith early in life and was a member of Fariview Separate Baptist Church. Her life was in service to Jesus Christ. She and her late husband, Bro. Raymond E. Brown, performed the Lord's work for many years. They lived their faith by example for their family with the expectation that all would be reunited in Heaven. She leaves nine direct living descendants, in Adair, Russell, and Waren Counties of KY and elsewhere. Visitation will be at the church from 5pm to 8pmCT, on Thursday, January 11, 2018, and until time of service on Friday.
