Adair Co. Grand Jury returns indictments 2 Jan 2018
Indictments brought against 15 individuals from Louisville, Edmonton, Elizabethtown, and Columbia, KY, and Edinburgh, IN on charges including burglary, assault, kidnapping, theft, possession, trafficking, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and wanton endangerment.
NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.
The Adair County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Columbia, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 2 January 2018:
- Dennis K. West, Jr. (07/25/1983), Neat Hollow Rd., Columbia, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00001. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 2nd offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Possession of marijuana. Count 3 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail set at $2,000 cash/sec prop, arraignment 1/23/2018 at 1pmCT.
- Darryl T. Lambert, Jr. (10/25/1994), Scott St., Louisville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00002. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in marijuana, >8oz<5lb, 1st offense. Count 2 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Arraignment 1/23/2018 at 1pmCT.
- Jonathan M. Dickson (09/14/1995), Liberty Rd., Columbia, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00003. Charged with 3 counts.
