Phyllis Kay Wethington age 70, of Columbia, KY passed away on Saturday January 6th, 2018 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY.

Funeral Services will be held 10amCT/11amET, Wednesday January 10, 2017 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel, 142 KY Hwy 49, Liberty, KY. Father George Otuma officiating. Burial will be in the St. Bernard Cemetery by St. Bernard Church, 5075 KY 551, Liberty, KY in the Clementsville Community of Casey County Visitation will be held 4pm-8pmCT/5pm-8pmET, Tuesday January 9, 2018 and after 7amCT/8amET, Wednesday January 10, 2018 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel.

Phyllis Kay Wethington, 70, Columbia, KY (1947-2018)

She was born in Clementsville, KY on June 6, 1947 a daughter of the late Lucian R & Grethan Elizabeth Clements Wethington. She died Saturday, January 6, 2018, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 70 years, seven months.

Kay was a homemaker and a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church.

Survivors include:
  • One brother: Robert Dallon Wethington of Columbia, KY

  • One sister: Alta Jean Hunt of Columbia, KY

  • One niece

  • Nephews
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters: Sharon Lee Herron and Mary Connie Wethington and two brothers: James Lannie Wethington and Raymond Thomas Wethington.
