Mr. Patrick Gordon Evans, 56, of Summersville, KY, departed this life on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at his home.

There will be graveside services for Mr. Patrick Gordon Evans held at 10amCT, Saturday, January 6, 2018 at the Aetna Grove Cemetery, 2368 Aetna Grove Church Road, Summersville, KY, with Bro. Kelvin Edwards officiating. Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY, in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Patrick Gordon Evans of Summersville, KY, son of the late Paul M. Evans & Janice O'Berdean Evans, was born on Saturday, March 18, 1961 in Cincinnati, Ohio, and departed this life on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at his home in Summersville, Green County, KY. He was 56 years, 9 months, and 16 days of age.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a farmer.

Survivors include:
  • Four brothers and a sister: Paul Evans of Louisville, KY; Leroy Evans, Tony Evans, and Doug Woodall all of Summersville, KY; and Sheena Evans of Campbellsville, KY

  • and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends

The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the burial expenses, which can be made at the funeral home.
