Funeral service will be Sunday, December 31, 2017 at 2pmCT, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Raymond Martin officiating. Burial will be in Columbia Cemetery, 315 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Saturday, December 30, 2017, at the funeral home. Casket Bearers: Brent Grider, Jason Grider, Bobby Caldwell Jr., Billy Caldwell, Chase Willis, and Gene Robinson. Honorary: Todd Grider, Julie Tucker, Grant Caldwell, Mason Caldwell, Bobby Sullivan, David Martin, and Chris Tucker. She died Thursday, December 28, 2017, in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 88 years, nine months, and six days. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Caldwell on June 19, 1985; by her brother, James C. Maupin, and two sisters, Libby Dohoney and Frances Pepper. She was a member of Columbia Christian Church and retired from the USDA. Survivors include:
