He was a member of Society Baptist Church. He was a retired carpenter. He was the son of the late Clem & Cora Fields Brown. Raymond Clem Brown was a member of a very large, respected Metcalfe County family, with 23 direct living descendants. His final resting place will be in the White Cemetery.

Raymond Clem Brown age 76 of Edmonton, KY, passed away Friday, December 22, 2017 in Lebanon, TN.

Funeral service for Raymond Clem Brown will be held 1pmCT, Wednesday, December 27, 2017, at Society Hill Baptist Church, Society Hill Road, Edmonton (Gascon Community), KY, with burial in the White Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3pm-8pmCT, Tuesday, December 26, 2017, and after 9amCT Wednesday at the Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY.

Raymond Clem Brown, was born June 5, 1941. He was the son of the late Clem & Cora Fields Brown. He died Friday, December 22, 2017 in Lebanon, Wilson County, TN. He died Friday, December 22, 2017, in Lebanon, Wilson County, TN.

He was a retired carpenter and member of the Society Hill Baptist Church.

He is survived by:
  • Three sons. Johnny & wife Teresa Brown; Scotty Brown & Kyle Brown, all of Edmonton, KY

  • Three daughters: Cindy & husband Timmy Firkins, Edmonton, KY; Ginger & husband Freddie Stephens of Edmonton, KY; and Mandy & husband John Hagy of Columbia, KY

  • One brother: Charles Brown of Edmonton, KY

  • One sisterL Thelma Harper of Hope, IN

  • Twelve grandchildren: Brian Clem Brown, Stephanie Denise Brown, Ashley Rene Gabow, Casey Lynn McWilliams, Timothy Shawn Firkins, Leslie Dawn Ramey, Taylor Ray Brown, Leah Ellen Syra, Dillon Lee Syra, Beau Jakob Harrison, Ayla Marie Hagy and Luscas Gregory Brown

  • Five great grandchildren: Audrie Jackson, Elaina Jackson, Charles Ray Ramey, Magdelyn Dawn Ramey and Elodie Shae Gabow.
