Sarah - Liz - Cochran, 87, of Center, KY, passed away Tuesday December 19, 2017 at the Metcalfe Health Care Center, Edmonton, KY.

Funeral services will be 2pmCT, Friday, December 22, 2017, at the Sulphur Well Methodist Church, 1755 Sulphur Well-Knob Lick Rd, just off Hwy 70 in Sulphur Well, KY, with burial in the Smith Cemetery in Sulphur Well. Visitation will be 9am-2pmCT, Friday, December 22, 2017, until time for service at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Butler Funeral, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY.

Sarah - Liz - Cochran, Center, Metcalfe Co., KY (1930-2017)

She was the daughter of the late Elzie & Violet Morgan Jessie. She was born May 21, 1930. She died Tuesday, May 19, 2017, in Edmonton, Metcalfe County, KY, at the age of 87 years, six months, and 28 days.

Ms. Cochran was a homemaker and a member of the Sulphur Well Methodist Church.

She is survived by:
  • Her daughter: Sue (Murrell) Atwell of Center, KY

  • One brother: Junior (Cora Emma) Jessie of Edmonton, KY

  • Two grandchildren: Brad (Sheila) Atwell of Glasgow, KY; and Don (Lucindy) Atwell of Munfordville, KY

  • Four grandchildren: Adam, Matthew, Madison, and Isaac Atwell
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Lynn Cochran.
