He was a member of a respected Green County, KY, family, the son of the late Ruhel Judd & Nadine London Judd. His wife of 23 years, Marlene Higgason Blakeman Judd, survives. The funeral services for Mr. Joe Allen Judd was conducted at 10amCT, Friday, December 15, 2017 at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY, with burial to follow in the Green County Memory Gardens, Summersville, KY, with Bro. Larry Wisdom and Dr. Gary Ervin officiating. Visitation was 4pm-8pmCT, Thursday, December 14, 2017 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7amCT, Friday until time of the funeral service. Pallbearers: James David Judd, Mark H. Blakeman, Benny Judd, Chris Whitlock, Kyle Judd, Jaysen Judd, Bradley Judd, and Eddie Judd.
